The Optimum Fertility Clinic was founded by Registered Nutritional Therapist Fiona Morse
A demanding 20-year career in marketing left Fiona little room for optimum nutrition and self-care. Her health declined, resulting in debilitating gastrointestinal issues and a compromised immune system which sadly drove infertility.
Fiona’s drive to become a mother led her to Nutritional Therapy. This discovery paved the way for Fiona to reclaim her health and make preparations for IVF. The birth of her daughter ignited her passion to support other women in their journey to motherhood. Fiona studied Nutritional Therapy at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
Her extensive 4 years of training followed a Functional Medicine approach which looks at the body as a whole, examining the interconnections between each body system and exploring how imbalances in any one system may contribute to symptoms or conditions preventing optimal health.

“Thank you for everything you have done in tailoring such a detailed plan to enable us to have our second baby. She was born yesterday and from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all your support. You were a big part of our journey and for that we will be eternally grateful.”
